SI Branding provides custom apparel, embroidery, printing, and related branded merchandise services. Because many of our products are custom produced, orders may require approval of artwork, proofs, quantities, and production timelines. ORDER ACCURACY
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or submitting requests through our website. SI Branding is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Many SI Branding products are custom manufactured. Once production has begun, custom orders may not be canceled or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by SI Branding. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs prior to production.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment may be required before production begins depending on the nature of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability, and shipping carriers. SI Branding is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, images, and text, is the property of SI Branding or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Customers submitting artwork confirm they have the legal right to use and reproduce the designs they provide.
